RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases.  If you are dissatisfied with our educational materials, simply return the product to us, unused, within 30-days of the shipping date. We will provide you with a store credit, refund or exchange of the product (excluding the shipping/handling costs). HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We ship using the U.S. Post Office. Items generally ship within 5 business days of ordering (usually sooner). The following shipping options are offered to shoppers upon checkout:

o   Media Mail:                               4-14 business days  

o   Standard Post:                         2-9  business days

o   1st Class (up to 13 oz):          2-3  business days

o    Priority Mail:                             2-3  business days

Shipping times assume a Continental US destination and may vary for rural or international destinations. Please allow 5 business days beyond the above estimates before contacting us regarding an order that has not arrived. Thanks for your patience.
